CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 

Promoter	Scotts Tickets Pty Ltd (ABN 81 659 130 793), 2/290 Boundary Street, Spring Hill, QLD 4000  (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Promoter’).  Email: scottravestravelclub@gmail.com
Entry Restrictions	Open to AU residents only, aged 18 and over who are members of the Scotts Tickets Community for the relevant Draw. South Australian residents are ineligible to enter or win. Members who cancel their membership or are otherwise considered non-members of the Scotts Tickets Community at the time of the Draw are not eligible to win the Competition. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to win.
Scotts Tickets Community	To become a member of the Scotts Tickets Community, participants must visit srtc.com.au and fully complete and submit the online membership form, including by providing their full name, email address and phone number and any additional information as required by us. Membership types include:  Ongoing Memberships: Where members are signed up on a continuing basis and automatically entered into the relevant Competition each month for the duration of their membership.  One-Off Memberships (such as free trial periods): Where members are automatically entered into the Competition for the relevant month in which their membership is purchased. Entry into the competition is a complimentary benefit of membership. No additional payment is required for entry into the Competition.
Competition Period	The Competition commences at 5:00pm AEST on 26/08/2025 and closes at 8:00pm AEST on 29/08/2025.
Entry Method	Entry into the Competition is automatic upon becoming a member of the Scotts Tickets Community during the Competition Period.
Bonus Entries	Entrants may receive up to 100 bonus entry/entries by voluntarily sharing our Competition posts on social media & earning points through the points system on audience republic, 10 points = 1 entry. Sharing by entrants is voluntary and is not a requirement for initial entry to the Competition. Entrants must not tag others or engage in repetitive spam-like behaviour.
Entry Limits	Members of Scotts Tickets Community will be notified of their total number of entries via email or through their Scotts Tickets Community account at the start of each new competition period. Members with an ongoing Scotts Tickets Community membership will have their non-winning entries automatically rolled over into subsequent monthly draws. Each month, ongoing members will receive five (5) new entries into the Competition, in addition to any non-winning entries from previous months (including any Bonus Entries), allowing entries to accumulate over time. If an ongoing Scotts Tickets Community member cancels their membership, any accumulated entries will be forfeited and will not roll over into subsequent monthly draws. Members who purchase a one-off membership to Scotts Tickets Community will only receive entries for the month in which their membership is active. Entries from one-off memberships will not roll over to subsequent months (unless the member upgrades to an ongoing membership before the next monthly draw). We will ensure that all entries, including previous rolled-over non-winning entries, are treated equally and have an equal chance of winning in each monthly draw.
Draw Details	The Draw will be conducted using a randomised electronic drawing system at 8:00 PM AEST on 10/9/2025 at 2/290 Boundary Street, Spring Hill, QLD 4000. At the time of the draw, we will also draw at least [five (5)] reserve winners (Reserve Winners List). If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, is ineligible or does not accept the prize for any reason, that winning entry will be forfeited and we will select the next reserve winner from the Reserve Winners List to be awarded the prize, and so on until the Prize is accepted.
Winner Determination	The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Competition Period up to the time of the Draw (excluding previous winning entries) will win the Prize.  Non-winning entries received in respect of each draw will roll over to our subsequent monthly draws (excluding any previous winning entries).
Prize Details	There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize is a return flight to anywhere valued at up to AUD $2500 (inc. GST), depending on the winner’s point of departure or the option to take the money ($2500). See paragraph 7 for full prize details and conditions. Where required, we will arrange (at our own expense) delivery of the prize to the winner.  The prize is a return flight valued at a maximum of $2500 for the winner to anywhere they choose OR the ability to take the cash equivalent prize of $2500 AUD   We will arrange for the booking of the Prize (in agreement with the Winner). Travel must be booked and completed at least 2 weeks prior to departure and within budget constraints.  The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary documents to travel to the prize location, including a current passport, travel insurance and any visas that may be required. Flights, activities and accommodation are subject to booking and availability. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by us and the prize supplier/s. All other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to any transfer costs, meals, taxes, travel insurance and other ancillary costs not stated above are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for making their own way to and from the airport.
Prize Pool	The total prize pool is valued at up to $2500 (inc. GST).
Prize Claim Method	The winner must claim the Prize within 14 days of being notified by us. If the winner does not claim the Prize within this period, we will select the next reserve winner from the Reserve Winners List to be awarded the prize, and so on until the Prize is accepted.
Winner Notification and Publication	The winner will be notified by email within two days of the draw and their name will be published on the Website for a period of 28 days. If there is no prize winner, or the prize winner cannot be found, we will publish that information on the Website.

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Scotts Tickets Pty Ltd (Scotts Tickets) Game of Chance competition (Competition). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
2. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. We have no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. We are not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases may be disqualified. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet. 
3. Each member of the Scotts Tickets Community will receive an email or SMS confirming their successful entry into the competition. By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving this electronic message. Entry into the competition is free for paid members of the Scotts Tickets Community. Entry forms part of the benefits offered under the paid membership and is not a separate charge.
4. Each entrant must remain a “member” of the Scotts Tickets Community for the entire Competition Period and up until the time of determination of the winner. Members who have cancelled their Scotts Tickets Community membership at the time of Draw, will be deemed invalid. 
5. South Australian residents are ineligible to enter or win this competition.
6. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to win. Immediate family members include spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, and siblings (whether natural, adopted, or step-relations).
7. We are not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, correspondence or claims for prizes due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
8. The draw will be conducted at the time, on the date and at the location as stated in the Draw Details. 
9. We are not liable if a winner is subsequently unable to attend the Prize Event, for any reason. If the winner is unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, we may, at our absolute discretion, offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval.
10. If a voucher is provided to the Winner, all vouchers awarded are valid until the expiry date specified on the voucher or by the prize provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider. We are not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded.
11. The Promoter and the prize suppliers may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s and prize suppliers’ discretion.
12. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities at our request, including photo opportunities and publication of their first name and city/state of residence.
13. At the time of the draw, we will also draw reserve winners (Reserve Winners List). If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, is ineligible or does not accept the prize for any reason, that winning entry will be forfeited and we will select the next reserve winner from the Reserve Winners List to be awarded the prize, and so on until the Prize is accepted. If a winner is found to be a South Australian resident, that winning entry will be deemed invalid and the Reserve Winners List will be used to determine the next valid winning entry. 
14. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person (including without limitation the winner) who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or behaves in a manner which may diminish our good name or reputation (including any agencies or companies associated with this competition), is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. 
15. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any dispute regarding the conduct of the competition or the claiming of a Prize and its outcome will be determined between the Promoter and the disputing entrant.
16. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise agreed by us. If for any reason the winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be supplied instead. We accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or any element of a prize is unavailable for any reason, we may substitute for that prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by us, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required.
17. By entering this competition entrants agree to comply with the ticket conditions which accompany the tickets won in conjunction with the competition. Entrants also agree to comply with the prize supplier’s Conditions of Entry into the Venue supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. 
18. The prize supplier reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the Prize Event program without notice. The Promoter and prize supplier are not responsible for any delay, postponement, cancellation or modification of the Prize Event beyond the control of the Promoter or prize supplier, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
19. We and our associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 
20. Nothing in these conditions limits, restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights or remedies under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
21. Without limiting the previous paragraph, we and our associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to the prize (where required). Prizes will be supplied to winners residing in Australia only.
22. We may communicate or advertise this competition using Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok or Twitter or any other social media platforms (Social Media Platforms). However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media Platforms. Entrants are providing their information to us and not to the Social Media Platforms. Each entrant completely releases all Social Media Platforms from any and all liability.
23. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond our control, we may in our sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of all relevant gaming authorities, if required.
24. We are not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
25. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by us for the purpose of conducting this competition. We may collect entrants’ personal information (including through our contractors or agents) or disclose entrants’ personal information to our related companies, contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition, storing data or communicating with entrants. Those disclosures may include disclosures to organisations in locations such as Australia. [By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on our database and we may use this information for future competition and marketing purposes regarding our products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging.] We are bound by the Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) Our Privacy Policy is located at srtc.com.au and contains information about
